Introduction

MBTI is for the individual and identifying type is just the start. It is not uncommon for people to reporting a “work type” rather than their actual preference and this can add stress to what can already be a challenging job or situation.   Good feedback is important if individuals are to find their “best fit” type and use their understanding to grow. All too often, individuals are given their “type” based on their scores, with little investment in self- assessment, discussion and exploration. Type dynamics is often overlooked and yet this is the key to excellent feedback

What will I learn?

This workshop will allow you to develop your understanding of dynamics through your own type and experiences and enable you to use type dynamics in your feedback. You will learn how to help when a person is reporting a work type which is not their preference that can often be a source of stress. You will understand how the inferior function makes itself known and how to use the tertiary function to regain equilibrium.

Who is it for?

For competent practitioners with a good understanding type.
