Do you ever feel there is more to life? Are you seeking something more? Had you considered that what you seek may be within and would you like to spend time discovering more of yourself? Becoming aware of self gives us the freedom to choose – becoming aware of the person we were created to be.

What will I learn?

This workshop will enable us to

  • explore and engage with the parts ourselves that we bury rather than  positively accept
  • to make choices that challenge what we have learned to be: the shoulds and oughts, if onlys and maybes
  • consider another way – the life we have yet to live more fully from within

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone with a basic understanding of their own type who would like time and space for personal reflection and to take their own journey of self-discovery.
