Everyone has a place. All is interconnected.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
The earth was a formless void,
there was darkness over the deep
and God’s Spirit hovered over the water.
Then God spoke his first word
‘let there be light’! Genesis 1vv.1-3
The Word was with God in the beginning
Through The Word all things came to be.
All that came to be had life in him
and that life was the light of all. John:1:4.
Let all the earth fear you, O God,
All who live in the world stand in wonder.
For you spoke and it came to be.
You commanded and it sprang into being. Ps.33
Earth has not anything to show more fair:
Dull would it be of soul who could pass by
A sight so touching in its majesty.
Ne’er saw I, never felt, a calm so deep!
The universe in all its manifold relationships shows forth the inexhaustible richness of God. The sun and the moon, the cedar and the little flower,
the eagle and the sparrow, the spectacle of countless diversities tell us that no creature is self-sufficient. Creatures depend on each other to complete each other in the service of each other.
The very flowers of the field and the birds of the air which we contemplate and admire our imbued with His radiant presence. L. si’ 100.
We are pilgrims on a journey. We are travellers on the road.
We are here to help each other, walk the mile and bear the load.
